  • Bag Shack’s 1-Year Standard Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Travel Gear including: Suitcases, Wheeled Cases, and Handled Travel Bags:

  • As well as Bag Shack's 1-Year Standard Warranty, many brands also include their own Extended Warranties, and we’ll help you with those claims too.

What's Not Covered

Airline or Travel Damage

  • This type of damage must be claimed directly with the airline, as it results from mishandling during travel rather than a manufacturing fault.
  • Don’t forget to [read our tips] to make sure your claim is properly recorded.

Travel and Everyday Wear and Tear

  • Travel Gear including: Suitcases, Wheeled Cases and Handled Travel Bags: Scratches, scuffs, dents, fading, or worn wheels/handles.
  • All Products: Natural aging or surface marks that don’t affect performance.

Accidental Damage or Misuse

  • Such as neglect, overloading, or rough handling.

Locks and Keys

  • Lost keys, forgotten lock codes, or lock damage caused by incorrect use.
