Our No-Quibble 28-Day Refund

You can return any item within 28 days of purchase for a full refund.

Items must be returned in perfect resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging included.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back.

If your item has a manufacturer fault, Bag Shack will contribute towards the return shipping cost once the claim is approved.

Return Approval & Code

All returns must first be approved by our team.

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Code.

This code must be clearly inserted into the packaging. Without it, we may not be able to locate your return or process your refund.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
