Do I need an account to place an order?

Airline Damage

Is airline damage covered under warranty?

No — damage caused by airlines or travel carriers is not a manufacturer defect and must be claimed directly with the airline.

How do I claim airline damage?

  • Report it immediately at the airline’s baggage desk before leaving arrivals.
  • Ask for a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) and keep a copy.
  • Take photos of the damage and your baggage tag.
  • Keep your boarding pass and receipts.
  • Submit your claim to the airline within their required timeframe (usually 7 days).
